So, what are some ways we can clean the cobwebs out of your old, dusty resume and help you spring into that new job?

As a TriMech Application Engineer (AE), I have the unique opportunity to visit clients far and wide. Each of these visits is different, and they range from client seminars to a quick review of the products that our clients already have. This doesn’t just ensure our clients have the knowledge they need to use their hardware and software, but also gives them access to all the support and services we provide to help them make the most out of their investment. In this article, I review some of these services and how we help our current and new clients achieve their project and business goals in ways you might not expect.
Most of the time it's the job of a staffing group to not only find, place and qualify talent but to educate their clients on the process and options for adding support. A company’s hiring policy and procedure are usually unique to that culture and when a staffing company becomes the mediator in that process, the difference between a successful placement and a failure could come down to the way that candidate was brought on. This means the simple differences between direct hire and contract to hire hold a lot of importance.
When I speak with job seekers, my goal is to determine the right job fit and to make sure any opportunity we discuss will make sense to both my candidate and my client. From the first greeting I do my best to establish open communication about any and all matters related to their job search, their overall situation, personal preferences and most importantly, I promise to keep them informed throughout the process and ask my candidates to do the same with me. I assure each candidate that I understand they’re on the job hunt and will continue searching, going on interviews and entertaining job offers while I’m in the process of submitting their resume to our clients. All I ask is that they keep me informed if anything should change on their end, and I promise to do the same for them.
