Each year, the Additive Manufacturing User Group–AMUG, holds a conference for users by users. AMUG 2018 was held in St. Louis, MI, at the Union Station Hotel. The purpose for this event is to give you exposure to the industry's biggest names, as well as the opportunity to network and ask questions.

This just in—the newly released Desktop Metal Studio System arrives at TriMech's Middletown, CT office! There has been a lot of buzz about what Desktop Metal is bringing to the market with metal 3D printing, and we couldn't be more excited to start working with the Desktop Metal Studio System.
The long awaited time has finally arrived for Desktop Metal customers in the pioneer program. The first printers from their Studio System are shipping! This printer set is FDM based, including a debinder and sintering furnace. According to Desktop Metal, their printer is ten times less expensive than existing technology today.
