More Direct Editing Tools
You can directly edit tessellated geometry like STL files with the support for more modeling tools with SOLIDWORKS 2020. This means you don’t have to first convert the file to a SOLIDWORKS solid or surface model. Instead, you can directly edit things like edges. Directly filleting edges is now possible, and you can even change the fillet to a chamfer and vice versa.
SOLIDWORKS 2020 now supports more advanced editing tools which will make it easy to edit your graphics and mesh file as well as mutual trim operations and knit surfaces to make changes more straightforward.

Delete and Fill
Lastly, you can now remove faces and holes with direct editing commands like Delete and Delete and Fill. Although tools like Delete Face were already supported, you can now fill the result by right-clicking and choosing "delete hole" from the context menu or by simply selecting the hole and pressing delete. To simplify this even further, SOLIDWORKS 2020 supports Delete and Fill which makes removing these holes a trivial operation
